Help, please!

In honor of my two different interviews this week, what's the toughest question you have been asked?

P.S. Any other interview advice is welcome.

P.S.S. Any good thoughts thrown my way would be appreciated too! :)

I think some of the toughest ones seem the simplest:

1. Tell me about yourself.

(this one is SO easy to go off in a tangent, so just prepare a short and sweet recap of who you are and why you are the best candidate for the job!)

and

2. Why should I hire you?

(The easy answer is that you are the best person for the job, but then specifically back it up with what differentiates you.)

And of course, always be prepared to speak to a "weakness" and explain what you are doing, or have already done, to overcome it.

Good luck!

Remember to ask them questions, too. My dad told it to me this way: You're interviewing them, as well! Come in prepared to ask questions of them to find out whether this is a company you would like to work for.

Great advice already!

The only advice I had to give was about them asking if you had any weaknesses. Be prepared to answer with something that you think is a weakness, but have already been able to "improve" - so to say!

GOOD LUCK!!! :)

I don't have any interview advice (I've been in school forever), but best of luck to you!
